Why is my profile important?

Your profile is important for the other girls on the trip to have an idea of who is going along. The more information you add the more the other girls will get curious and interested to share the trip with you.

How big will the group be?

We want to keep the group cosy and make you feel like you are going with your girlfriends on travel, that’s why we keep it to maximum 12 people.

When is the travel confirmed?

The travel is confirmed from the moment 4 people booked the trip. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm this so that you can proceed booking your flights.

Why is there a deadline?

As you need to book your own flights and to get the best prices we limit the timing so that is it fair for everybody.

What if I do not get along with the group?

Girls going on those trips have a common passion, they like travelling, and they want to make new friendships. We believe that having common passions and ground bring people together. And if you feel like talking, our aftercare service will be happy to help and find solutions.

Who should I contact during the trip?

WhatsApp groups will be created for each new trip with all the girls going on the trip included. This is the easiest way of communicating and asking any questions you might have over there. Of course you can also give us a call: 074 700 07 610

Can I arrive before or leave after?

You are of course more than welcome to do this. The only thing you will have to do is make sure you are at the relevant hotel the day the trip starts and warn us on beforehand.

Do I have to share a room?

All rooms will be twin or triple based so you have your own bed, but we believe sharing a room makes extra great friendship.

What if my holiday at work is cancelled after I paid the deposit?

No worries, you have 7 days to let us know and get your deposit back, so don’t hesitate to book your space.

How is the payment done?

To secure your place you pay the deposit via our Paypal link on the secured website. If the trip is confirmed and the deadline is passed, we will ask you to pay the rest of the trip by bank transfer at the latest 65 days before the trip starts.

What if the trip does not reach the minimum of 4 people at the deadline?

If you already paid the deposit it will of course be fully refunded to you.

Do I need an insurance?

Yes and that is an important one and will be checked before you leave. You need a medical insurance, repatriation included and we advise to include a cancellation one as well (in case you are extremely unlucky and brake your foot before the trip).

Are there any age restrictions for the trips?

All women are welcome, no age restrictions.

Why are flights not included?

We want to give the chance to women coming from everywhere to be able to join this trip, so we only prepare the packages without the flights.

I have special dietary requirements, will they be catered for?

We understand this and will do our utmost to cater this, just let us know on beforehand.

My plane is cancelled, what happens now?

We can help you find another flight if needed and we will do our best so that you can join the group wherever they are in the trip.

Do I have to be from the UK to join a trip?

Everybody is welcome, feel free to join from wherever you are in the world.
